I have chosen to place my personal files online  so that you as a recruiter may view them, download them or print them, but I will keep them private from the general publics eyes. The purpose of this is to save me from completing all the forms from each company I make contact with for my own travel assignments.

If you as a recruiter wish to see these files please email me for initial contact with your telephone number and company name. I will be happy to call you, and after we have spoken about assignments you may have, I will email you the website address you need to get to these files.

Available files are copies of my Skills checklists, Resume, generic application form, Nursing Licenses, MICN, PALS, ACLS and BCLS cards, and references along with copies of my green card, drivers license, SSNcard.
